How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Lieaddition Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Can Look Into

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Lieaddition Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider and keep notes in writing.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Lieaddition Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@lieaddition.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
