Reach Homeowners Who Need Help

Lieaddition Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have heating or cooling problems with independent local providers. If you run an HVAC business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We work with independent businesses.

Who We Look For

We are interested in contractors who handle AC repair, AC installation and replacement, and general HVAC service. Owners of small shops are welcome. So are larger companies.

You should:

• Serve homeowners in Treasure Island or nearby towns
• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and local rules require
• Be able to work on systems common in humid, storm-prone areas
• Want to build a steady base of local customers

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us because they want clear, fair help. We ask providers in our network to meet that standard.

• Answer homeowner calls and messages politely
• Be honest about what the problem is and what it may cost
• Give quotes in writing
• Never pressure a homeowner to decide on the spot
• Make no claims about your work that you cannot back up

Providers set their own prices and run their own jobs. You are responsible for your own work.
